1. Free beta software

Veloura Beta is free to download and use. It is beta software, provided as is. It may have bugs, change without notice, or stop working. Back up your projects. Its source code is published by Valenti Labs under the MIT License, which also applies to the code.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older.

3. Your AI account and costs

Veloura Beta connects to an AI account you choose (ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini). You pay that provider directly and follow its terms. Valenti Labs isn't responsible for your AI charges or plan limits.

4. FL Studio

5. What you make

Valenti Labs claims no ownership of music, MIDI or patterns you create. You're responsible for the rights to samples and sounds you use. AI output can be imperfect and may resemble existing music, so check what you release.

6. No warranty, limited liability

VELOURA BETA IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, VALENTI LABS IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROJECTS, DATA, PROFITS, AI CHARGES, OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
